Estate sale organizer Jerry Copeland, whose company, Copeland Estate Sales, is one of about 15 currently operating in Memphis, calls the Carimi house "the Holy Grail."
"This is what I wait for in my business," says Copeland, who dispatched a team of workers to the house six weeks ago to sift, clean and organize before holding an estate sale, which starts Saturday.
